Josh Fleming Three Ball Forces Overtime

Garden City, KS-Josh Fleming hit a scorching three with four seconds remaining in regulation that propelled a 87-86 overtime win against Northeastern Junior College. Fleming once again in overtime with 4.2 seconds remaining gave the Busters the go ahead basket as Northeastern failed to answer giving the Busters the win.

Fleming making his second consecutive start of the season led all scorers with 29 points. The freshman point guard went 10-23 from the field and 8-8 from the free throw line. Jamar Gilbert added 17 points and JT Bennett dumped in 9 points. 

The Busters went 2-1 in the Shootout and are now 6-1 on the year. Garden City will face Midland next week at Seward County. The game is slated for 4:00PM.
