Garden City traveled to Barton last Wednesday and battled back from a 22 point deficit to pull within nine midway through the second half only to fall 84-65. Dodge City hosted the Cougars last Saturday and earned a 66-56 win knocking off the KJCCC DI leader in the standings at that time.
Lorenzo Dillard leads Dodge City in overall scoring at 16.1ppg followed by Josh Boutte with 14.8. Dodge City on the season is shooting 50% from the field and averaging 85.3ppg. The Conq's are 37% from the arc and convert 63% of their free throws and grab 40 rebounds per game.
Garden City is led by Josh Fleming. Fleming on the season is averaging just over 15ppg but has averaged 18 in conference play.
