Broncbusters struggle in New Mexico

Ruidoso, NM-The Broncbuster men's golf team had their fair share of struggles in New Mexico.

Garden City finished last at the High County Shootout and only had one golfer finish in the top 30; that was Jordan Bishop, who fired a 1-over par and came in tied for 27th.

"My poor golfers; this one was tough," Head Coach John Green said. "It looked like the European Championships out there. The field had some very good golfers in it."

Dominic Pollock shot a 12-over par and finished 56th; Nathan Roy 14-over-tied for 60th, while Scott Campbell came in 63rd; Bryce Wharton 64th; Luke Russell 66th and Mat McDill came in 68th at 23-over par.

Odessa's Adam Blomme shot an incredible 19-under par to take the individual crown. His team won over the overall title at 37-under.
