Lady Busters Resume KJCCC DI Play

Garden City, KS-Nick Salazar's Lady Busters look to rebound from their Pre-Christmas loss to Coffeyville when they travel to Neosho County Saturday for a 2:00 PM tip. Garden City played, arguably the toughest first semester schedule in the KJCCC.

Salazar stated, "We play a tough pre-break schedule to prepare us for the rigors of KJCCC play. The Busters lone KJCCC loss came at the hands of Coffeyville with a 70-57 setback. The Ravens sit in second place in the DI KJCCC race as Cowley County leads the field.

Neosho County is in 11th place in the 14 team KJCCC DI Division of the NJCAA. Neosho is 1-3 in league play and 7-5 overall. Kascity Martin leads Neosho in scoring averaging just under 14ppg and Makayla Bell follows averaging 12ppg.

Garden City is led by Shala Dobbins with just under 22ppg and DaRae Lewis with 9.7ppg.
