The Garden City Broncbusters men's soccer team struck quickly and never looked back, rolling past Southeast Community College with a 5–1 win on the road in Beatrice, Nebraska.
First Half
The Broncbusters wasted no time on the attack, scoring twice in the opening three minutes. Adrian Campbell (#7) put Garden City on the board just 90 seconds in, before Mateo Prigent (#29) doubled the lead a minute later with an unassisted strike.
The goals kept coming. Samuel Murcia (#20) extended the margin in the 16th minute, followed by Jaden Grant (#9)finishing off a feed from Ridvan Akburak (#28) in the 19th. After Southeast briefly pulled one back in the 37th minutethrough Cohen Hubbard (#27), Garden City responded immediately as Kenda Shalingi (#22) buried the fifth goal just before halftime.
Second Half
The Broncbusters' defense locked down after the break, keeping Southeast scoreless for the remainder of the match. Goalkeeper Ilian Badji (#30) turned in a full 90 minutes in net, securing the victory.
