Broncbusters Surge in Second Half to Defeat Trinidad State 5–1

The Garden City Broncbusters men's soccer team turned a tight contest into a rout on Tuesday afternoon, scoring four times in the second half to defeat Trinidad State College 5–1 at Broncbuster Stadium.
First Half
Garden City struck first in the 8th minute when Jaime Carin (#17) buried his first goal of the season off a setup from Mateo Prigent (#29). Trinidad answered with pressure but couldn't break through, and the Broncbusters held a 1–0 lead at halftime.
Second Half
Trinidad pulled even in the 47th minute on a goal from Martin Kantorowicz, assisted by Jose Camarillo, to make it 1–1.
The Broncbusters responded with a dominant flurry of offense:

Jose Navarro (#11) regained the lead in the 70th minute, assisted by Edmund Mbato (#34).

Just minutes later, Francisco Siguenza (#23) added insurance with his first goal of the season in the 73rd minute.

Less than a minute later, Facundo Nuñez (#28) scored to make it 4–1, then struck again in the 76th minute to cap the scoring at 5–1.
